We offer a price range because the prices differ according to different
builders and developers
. Each one offers a different building specification, completion timescale and includes certain items as standard while others do not. Some, for example, include the cost of an architect and building licence fees whilst others do not.
The above prices reflect the
cost of villa construction only
and assume a flat
plot
. You can expect to pay between approximately 10% and 30% more depending upon the gradient of your plot. Naturally, with steeper plots, the extra cost is justified as additional useable space is gained underneath the property.
All of the above villa designs can be modified in accordance with your requirements and the demands of the plot.
The above prices
exclude
swimming pools, pool terraces, garden walls, driveways, parking, access gates and landscape gardening unless otherwise stated.
